KÄSSBOHRER STARTS DELIVERING MEGA CURTAINSIDER FLEET
TO NETHERLANDS-BASED A2B-ONLINE

Kässbohrer has started the delivery of 40 units of mega curtainsiders, K.SCS M, from Goch, Germany, its main dispatch point in Western Europe, to the Netherlands-based transport company A2B-online.

A2B-online is a transport company specialized in full load, part load and pallet consignments to and from the United Kingdom, Benelux and Germany. The company’s unique selling point is its web based customer portal, through which many of its handlings have been automated, allowing the company to keep its expenses as low as possible and to focus more on delivering customer goods on time for the lowest possible cost price.

A2B-online chose Kässbohrer Curtainsider Mega semi-trailer for its proverbial robust chassis, which provides greater effectiveness during ferry operations, while the unique design of the kingpin section ensures less damage during the coupling of the truck. The flexibility in securing loads with K-fix is another advantage, that A2B-online took into consideration choosing Kässbohrer Mega Curtainsiders. K-Fix is a multipoint load security system, developed by Kässbohrer, which enables the fastening of the loads from 236 different strapping points, with each point 2.5 ton load securing capacity.

Kässbohrer engineered curtainsider mega semi-trailer, K.SCS M, to meet the just-in time delivery challenges. To optimize loading and un-loading operations, K.SCS M is equipped with multipoint lashing load securing system, K-fix. Whereas acclaimed robust chassis is suitable for every road condition, intermodal configurations are available for efficient and eco-conscious fleet management.
