Europe’s fastest growing semi-trailer manufacturer, Kässbohrer announced today that it will present its newly developed food tanker, K.STL 30, on May 10, 2016.

Kässbohrer food tanker, K.STL 30, is engineered to deliver the highest safety standards in the liquid food transportation, without compromising on user-friendliness. Its IN Class ATP-certified insulated stainless steel tank with three compartments carries up to 30,000 liters of liquid food. Designed for efficiency down to the smallest detail, K.STL 30 is easy to clean with 8 pieces of cleaning balls, reaching every spot inside the tank.

K.STL 30 is developed in compliance with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system, which means that all equipment and parts of the tank are safe for food transportation.

Built on a cataphoretic dip coated (KTL) chassis for increased protection against rust perforation, its 30 m3 stainless steel tank is insulated with 50 mm thick polyurethane in order to perfectly protect its vital cargo under every condition. Furthermore, electro-polished outer tank of K.STL 30 is easier to clean with its smooth surface.

With a tare weight of 5,750 kg, K.STL 30 is designed to reduce the fuel consumption and CO2 emission.

Produced its first liquid tank semi-trailer in 1930, Kässbohrer’s vast experience in engineering liquid transportation solutions has already proved its success with market leader vehicles in its portfolio, including tank semi-trailers for the transportation of bitumen, chemicals and fuel oil.

Kässbohrer will present its new food tanker during an “Open Day” in Daimler’s BIC (Branchen Informations Center) inside Mercedes-Benz plant in Wörth am Rhein, Germany on May 10, 2016.
